About
Founder Head (HoD):Dr. Sudhir Kumar Jena
The Department of Library and Information Science has started its Academic Session from 2024-25 with an intake of 24 seats. Focusing on the subject’s multidisciplinary features, the department offers 2 years Integrated Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc) course as per NEP. The program’s design allows students to understand the theoretical concepts of libraries and information Science while also practicing them in a library setting. Two semesters (one year) make up the program’s duration.
