NEP-2020 intends to enable students across the nation with the \u201cAcademic Bank of Credits\u201d (ABC) system for fulfilling their thirst for knowledge by providing academic flexibility to pick and modify their educational paths. The ABC, is an educational digital platform created to facilitate students\u2019 seamless mobility between or within degree-granting Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) through a formal system of credit recognition, credit accumulation, credit transfers, and credit redemption in order to promote distributed and flexible teaching and learning. The ABC platform will provide students with the opportunity to register for a unique ABC ID, an interactive dashboard to see their credit accumulation, and options to begin a choice-based credit transfer mechanism). ABC shall be the key determine factor for future admission and academic credit transfer. Further, ABC ID shall be mandatory criteria for any future form fill-up for admission, examination or fellowship grant, even in ID of student, etc.\u00a0 As we go ahead with new dimension of academic curricula and digital mode under NEP-2020, departments and students must gear up and cooperate in implementing the new system of education from 2023-24.<\/p><p>In compliance with this and directives from Ministry of Education, Govt of India and UGC, Rajiv Gandhi University has set up NAD &amp; ABC Cell to be the Nodal office for matter related to NAD and ABC.
